Development Maintenance - Relationships tab
Use the Relationships tab to:
- view the relationships of the primary contact and their spouse
- the constituencies that the relations belong to.
Tip: Use the centre splitter to display more information for either the primary contact or spouse. See Using the centre splitter.

Grid area fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Relation | Name and relationship of person to the primary person or spouse. |
Constituencies | Constituencies that the person belongs to. See Constituencies in the Community manual. |
Use SMS | Location to send an SMS (short message service) to. If blank, no SMS is sent. |
Use Email | Location to send an email to. If blank, no email is sent. |
Portal Approval | Whether the selected relation is approved to:

Receive SMS | Relation's SMS contact (i.e. person that sends the relation SMSs) as defined in the Use SMS field. |
Receive Email | Relation's email contact (i.e. person who sends the relation emails) as defined in the Use Email field. |
Give Portal Approval | Whether the selected relation has given approval for the community member to:

ID | Synergetic ID of the relation. |
Buttons
Button | Description |

Launch Development Maintenance for the highlighted relation. See Maintaining donors and prospects. | |
Add a new relation for the donor or prospect. See Adding new relations (Community) in the Community manual. | |
Delete the highlighted relation. | |
Send an email to the default email account of the selected relation. | |
Compose a letter to the selected relation. See Composing letters with Microsoft Word in the Introduction manual. | |
Copy the address details of the selected relation to the Windows clipboard. Go the Microsoft Windows application you are using and paste the address details into the document you are editing. |
