Adding new activities for tracking prospects
Add a development activity to track appeals against a prospective donor.
New Activity window key fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Date | Date the activity is being undertaken. |
Primary Only | Whether the activity applies to the primary contact only. The default is to include the spouse in all activities and communications. Select for the activity to apply to the primary contact only. |
Appeal | Appeal that the activity is being made in response to. See What is an appeal? |
Activity | Type of activity, including whether they have donated or need reminding. For example:

Status | Status of the activity. For example:

Follow Up | Whether to follow up with the prospective donor or not. For example, the Prospect Follow-up List on the Crystal Reports menu excludes activities if this field is not selected. Clear the flag if a follow up is not required on the Follow Up Date. |
Follow Up Date | Date to follow up with the prospective donor. For example, the Prospect Follow up List on the Crystal Reports menu allows you to select those marked for follow up within a certain date range. |
Comment | Description of the activity. |
Prospector | Person communicating with the prospective donor.
