Setting attendee statuses in bulk

To set attendee statuses in bulk:

  1. Select Develop > Events Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Set Events Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Search for the event. See Searching for events.
  3. Click the Current Attendees bar.
    The Attendee Details sub-tab of the Current Attendees bar of Events Maintenance window is displayed.
  4. Select a record in the grid area.

    You can use the mouse and the normal Windows Shift and Ctrl keys to select multiple records. Hold down the Shift key and click on the first record you want to select. While still holding down the Shift key, click the last record. All records in between your two selections are highlighted. Alternatively, you can hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on different records in the list to highlight or unhighlight them.
  5. Right-click the record.
    The menu is displayed for the area.
  6. Select Set Status.
    The Set Attendee Status window is displayed.
  7. Click the Status drop-down list.
  8. Select a status.
  9. Click .
    The following window is displayed.
  10. Click .
    Setting attendee statuses in bulk is complete.
