A	Course Type	Type of course (e.g. paper).

		This field has a value of either: - NAP for schools taking paper tests - ONL for schools taking online tests. This field has a maximum length of 3 characters.
B	DEECD School Code	Leave blank.
C	Previous DEECD School Code	Leave blank
D	VCAA School Code	School code assigned to your organisation by the VCAA.

		This field is defined using School Code field on the NAPLAN tab of the Import/Export Student Data window. This value has a maximum length of 5 characters.
E	Student ID	Synergetic ID assigned to the student.

		This value is defined when students are added to the Synergetic community database. This value has a maximum length of 12 characters.
F	Family Name	Surname of the student.

		This value is defined using the Surname field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab. This value has a maximum length of 25 characters.
G	First Name	First given name of the student.

H	Second Name	Second given name of the student.

I	Previous Family Name	Previous family name of the student.
J	Previous First Name	Previous first given name of the student.
K	Previous Second Name	Previous second given name of the student.
L	Salutation	Title of the student.

		This field is defined using the Title field on the Name tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Name tab. This field has a maximum length of 4 characters. This field can only be a value of one of: - Mr for male students - Miss for female students - Mx for intersex or indeterminate students - Blank.
M	Date of Birth	Date of birth of the student.

N	Address Line 1	First line of the student's home address.

O	Address Line 2	Second line of the student's home address.

P	Suburb	Suburb of the student's home address.

Q	State/Country	State of the student's home address.

R	Postcode	Postcode of the student's home address.

S	Phone Number	Phone number used to reach the student's household.

		This field is defined using the Home Phone field on the Phone tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Home Address tab. This field has a maximum length of 15 characters.
T	Gender	Gender of the student.

		This field is defined using the Gender drop-down list on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab. This field has a value of either: - M for Male - F for Female - X for Other. Note: You need to map the luGender values to the NAPLAN values using the VICGOVDEMO interface setting. See Using the Interface Settings window.
U	Year Level	Year level of the student.

		This value is defined using the Year Level drop-down list on the Status sub-tab of the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab. This field has a maximum length of 2 characters.
V	Home Group	Form or tutor group of the student.

		Select whether the populate the form or tutor group using the FormFieldName field on the luYearLevel lookup table. See luYearLevel lookup table. Select the form or tutor group using the Form or Tutor group drop-down lists on the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab - Status sub-tab. This field has a maximum length of 10 characters.
W	Indigenous Status	Indigenous status of the student.

		This value is defined using the Indigenous Student and Torres Strait Islander fields on the Flags tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Flags tab. This value has a value of: 1 when the Indigenous Student field is selected 2 when the Torres Strait Islander field is selected 3 when both fields are selected 4 when neither field is selected 9 when the status is not-stated or unknown.
X	LBOTE Status	Whether the student has a language background other than English.

		Select the home language of the student using the Home Language field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab. This field has a value of: Y when then student has a home language other than English N when the student has a home language of English.
Y	Parental School Education (mother)	Highest level of secondary school education attained by the student's mother.

		This field is defined using the Highest Secondary Year Level field on the Parent 1 sub-tab of the Demographic tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Demographic tab - Parent 1 sub-tab. This field has a value of: 0 when the highest level of secondary school education is Not stated/unknown 1 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 9 or equivalent or below 2 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 10 or equivalent 3 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 11 or equivalent 4 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 12 or equivalent.
Z	Parental School Education (father)	Highest level of secondary school education attained by the student's father.

AA	Parental Non-School Education (mother)	Highest qualification level attained by the student's mother.

		This field is defined using the Highest Qualification Level drop-down list on the Parent 1 sub-tab of the Demographic tab of Current Student Maintenance. This field has a value of: 0 when the qualification is Not stated/unknown. 5 when the qualification is Certificate I to IV (including trades) 6 when the qualification is Diploma/Advanced Diploma 7 when the qualification is Bachelor Degree or higher 8 when the qualification is No non-school education.
AB	Parental Non-School Education (father)	Highest qualification level attained by the student's father.

This field has a value of: 1 when the parent has an occupation position of Senior management. 2 when the parent has an occupation position of Other business manager. 3 when the parent has an occupation position of Tradesperson, clerk, sales and service staff. 4 when the parent has an occupation position of Machine operator. 8 when the parent has an occupation position of Not in paid work. 9 when the parent has an occupation position of Not stated/unknown.
