NCEA Power BI Dashboard
New Zealand organisations can use the NCEA Power BI Dashboard to view and filter NCEA result data including:
- number of credits attempted and gained for each student
- number of credits attempted and gained for each class
- distribution of credit grades.

You can use this interactive dashboard to explore the functionality of the NCEA Power BI Dashboard.
NCEA Power BI Dashboard key tiles
Tile | Description |
---|---|
Students | Number of students based on current dashboard selections. |
Total passing credits (A, M, E) | Number of passing credits based on current dashboard selections. |
Total credits | Total number of credits (including N - Not Achieved) based on current dashboard selections. |
Grades | Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected grades. |
Attempted credit threshold | Used to filter the entire dashboard to only display data for credits within the selected threshold values. You can select the values by:

Result dates | Used to filter the entire dashboard to only display data for results within the data range. You can select the dates by:

Students | Number of credits attempted and gained for each student. You can:

Credit distribution | Grade distribution of the credits attempted by students based on current dashboard selections. You can:

Classes | Number of credits attempted and gained for each class. You can:

Year | Select one or more file years to filter the entire dashboard by the selected year. |
Gender | Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected genders. |
Campus | Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected campuses. |
House | Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected houses. |
