Monitoring future student data using the Future Student Power BI Dashboard

Total number of future students at your organisation by campus and year level.

You can:

• select a column to filter the dashboard content by campus
• select a row to filter the dashboard content by year level
• select a cell to filter the dashboard content by campus and year level.

Total number of applications received by your organisation by application status.

You can select a row to filter the dashboard content by the selected application status.

Number of future students enrolled at your organisation by year level.

You can select a bar graph column to filter the dashboard content by the selected year level.

Percentage of future students enrolled at your organisation by gender.

You can select a pie chart segment to filter the dashboard content by the selected gender.

Note: You can define the list of genders used at your organisation using the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table.

You can:

You can select a bar graph column to filter the dashboard content by the selected month.

Use this tile to view the location of future students enrolled at your organisation by suburb. Each suburb is represented using a pie chart segmented by campus.

You can:

• select a pie chart segment to display campus-specific future student data for the selected suburb
• zoom in and out using your mouse scroll wheel
• pan by left-clicking and dragging using your mouse
• hover over a dot to view a popup displaying a summary of the suburb.

Select a campus from the drop-down list to display future student data for the selected campus.

Select a year level from the drop-down list to display future student data for the selected year level.

Select a future status from the drop-down list to display future student data for the selected future status.

Select a future enrol year from the drop-down list to display future student data for the selected enrol year.

Select an application year from the drop-down list to display future student data for the selected application year.

Select a gender from the drop-down list to display future student data for the selected gender.

Select a future priority from the drop-down list to display future student data for the selected future priority.
