You can use the Student Attendance For Last 100 Days dashboard to view and filter student absence data for the last one hundred days including:

  • absence totals including filters for campus, house, student and year level
  • Percentage over time of student attendance records with a value of Counts as Absence
  • Percentage over time of student attendance records with a value of Not Attended.

Students

Total number of students represented in the dashboard based on current selections.

Not Attended

Total number absence records with a value of Not Attended over the last one hundred days.

Note: The daily percentage is displayed in brackets. You can hover over this value to display the highest and lowest daily values over the last one hundred days.

Absences

Total number of absence records with a value of Counts as Absence over the last one hundred days.

Note: The daily percentage is displayed in brackets. You can hover over this value to display the highest and lowest daily values over the last one hundred days.

Last 100 School Days

Total number of absences for each of the last one hundred days.

You can:

  • select a column to order the table content by the selected column value
  • select a row to filter the dashboard content by the day.

Note: This table is colour coded. Good results are blue and bad results are red.
 

Not Attended % Over Time

Percentage of absence records with a value of Not Attended records over the last one hundred days.

You can:

  • hover over the graph to view a popup displaying the highlighted daily figure

  • select a point in the graph to filter the dashboard content by the selected day.
Absence % Over Time

Percentage of absence records with a value of Counts as Absence over the last one hundred days.

You can:

  • hover over the graph to view a popup displaying the highlighted daily figure

  • select a point in the graph to filter the dashboard content by the selected day.
Year Level

Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected year levels.

Campus

Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected campuses.

House

Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected houses.

Student

Select one or more checkboxes to filter the dashboard content using the selected students.
