We are pleased to announce that Version 71.37 of the Synergetic suite of products is available now. 

The changes in this release includes improvements* and bug fixes.

If debtors is configured to created detailed bank rec entries, and a receipt being imported has bank statement reference is a number, but is greater than the max integer value, i.e 2,147,483,647, it does not import the transactions into the cash receipts posting. It only imports the total amount.

SynWeb Medical Incidents Head Injury Assessment: A Step-by-Step Guide

  • A system administrator can define one or more incident types within the lookup table, luMedicalIncidentType, to represent a category of "Head Injury"

  • A new lookup table, "luMedicalHeadInjuryAssessmentTool," allows administrators to define various head injury assessment tools (e.g. “MCRI HeadCheck”

  • A configurable prompt, "Head Injury Policy Prompt," can be displayed to users when an incident type categorized as "HeadInjury" is selected.

  • When a user selects an incident type in SynWeb Medical Maintenance categorised as “Head Injury”, a configurable message defined in "Head Injury Policy Prompt" is displayed.

  • A new "Head Injury Assessment" section has been added to the "Injury Details" area in SynWeb Medical Maintenance. This section includes configurable fields for recording the assessment tool used and the assessment outcome.

  • This will be displayed by default for incidents where the type has categorised as “HeadInjury”. It is also accessible for other types, via the "Add more details" drop-down.
