Development Maintenance - Current Events tab - Guests sub-tab

Use the Guests sub-tab to maintain details of the guests of the prospect or donor that is attending the event.

 Opening the Guests sub-tab

To open the Guests sub-tab:

  1. Select Module > Development > Development Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Development Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Select the donor or prospect. See Searching for donors and prospects.
    The Personal tab of the Development Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Current Events tab.
    The Details sub-tab of the Current Events tab of the Development Maintenance window is displayed.
  4. Click the Guests sub-tab.
    The Guests sub-tab of the Current Events tab of the Development Maintenance window is displayed.

Grid area fields

Field

Description

Surname

Last name of the guest.

Preferred

Preferred (first) name of the guest.

GuestID

Synergetic ID of the guest, if they are found in the Synergetic database.

Note:
This field is blank if the Surname and Preferred name are for a guest not listed in Synergetic.

OverrideTableNumber

Table of the guest, if different from the primary person invited.

Seq

Sequence number of the guest, automatically generated by Synergetic.

sqlcEmail

Email address of the person or couple invited.

sqlcMobilePhone

Mobile phone of the person or couple invited.

Fields

ID

Synergetic ID of the selected guest. This field is blank if the guest does not belong to the Synergetic community.

Title

Title of the guest.

Preferred

Preferred (first) name of the guest.

Note:
You can type in the preferred first name of the person, if they are not listed in Synergetic.

Surname

Last name of the guest.

Note:
You can type in the last name of the person, if they are not listed in Synergetic.

Company

Company name, if required.

Email

Email address of the person or couple invited.

Mobile

Mobile phone of the person or couple invited.

Industry

Industry type, if required.

Company Position

Position of the guest in the company.

Table No.

Table number, if different from the primary person invited.

Dietary Requirements

List any special dietary requirements for the selected person. For example, the person may be a vegetarian.

: This field is automatically populated with the value from the Dietary Requirements field on the Other tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Other tab in the Community manual.

Physical Requirements

List any requirements to cater for particular physical needs. For example, wheelchair access may be required.

Find a community member to the current event, using the Enter the details to find the guest window.

Launch into Community Maintenance for the selected person. See Maintaining community members in the Community manual.
