Column	Heading	Description
A	Sector	School sector of the NAPLAN test.

		This field is defined using the Sector field on the NAPLAN tab of the Import/Export Student Data window. See below. Note: You can use the NAPLAN_NSW_Sector configuration setting to define the default value of the NAPLAN Sector field. See NAPLAN_NSW_Sector configuration setting.
B	School Name	Name of your organisation.

		This field is defined using School Name field on the Page 1 sub-tab of the School tab of School Settings Maintenance. See School Settings Maintenance - School tab. This field has a maximum length of 255 characters.
C	ACARA School ID	School code assigned to your organisation by ACARA.

		This field is defined using School Code field on the NAPLAN tab of the Import/Export Student Data window. See below. This field has a maximum length of 10 characters.
D	School where student previously sat NAPLAN: Sector	School sector of the school where the student previously sat NAPLAN.

E	School where student previously sat NAPLAN: School name	School name of the school where the student previously sat NAPLAN.

H	Local Student ID	Synergetic ID assigned to the student.

		This field is defined when students are added to the Synergetic community database. This field has a maximum length of 36 characters.
I	Diocesan Student ID	Student ID assigned by a diocese.

J	CENet Student ID/CENet Celder	Student identifier assigned by CENet.

K	Family Name	Surname of the student.

L	Middle Name	Middle name of the student.

M	Given Name	Given name of the student.

N	Preferred Name	Preferred name of the student.

O	Year Level	Year level of the student.

		This field is defined using the Year Level drop-down list on the Status sub-tab of the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab. This field has a value of either 3, 5, 7 or 9. Note: You need to map the luYearLevel values of this field to the NAPLAN values using the NSWGOVDEMO interface setting. See Using the Interface Settings window.
P	Gender	Gender of the student.

		This field is defined using the Gender drop-down list on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab. This field has a value of either: 1 for Male 2 for Female 3 for Intersex or Indeterminate 9 for Not stated/Inadequately described. Note: You need to map the luGender values to the NAPLAN values using the NSWGOVDEMO interface setting. See Using the Interface Settings window.
Q	Date of Birth	Date of birth of the student.

		This field is defined using the Date of Birth field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab. This field has a format of DD/MM/YYYY. This field has a maximum length of 10 characters.
R	Country of Birth	Country of birth of the student.

		This field is defined using the Country of Birth field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab. This field is populated with the relevant ExternalSystemCode value from the luCountry lookup table provided the ExternalSystemType field has a value of MCEETYA. See luCountry lookup table.
S	Indigenous Status	Indigenous status of the student.

		This value is defined using the Indigenous Student and Torres Strait Islander fields on the Flags tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Flags tab. This value has a value of: 1 when the Indigenous Student field is selected 2 when the Torres Strait Islander field is selected 3 when both fields are selected 4 when neither field is selected 9 when the status is not-stated or unknown.
T	Student Main language other than English spoken at home	Main language other than English spoken by the student at home.

U	Parent 1 School Education	Highest level of secondary school education attained by the first parent.

		This field is defined using the Highest Secondary Year Level field on the Parent 1 sub-tab of the Demographic tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Demographic tab - Parent 1 sub-tab. This field has a value of: 0 when the highest level of secondary school education is Not stated/unknown 1 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 9 or equivalent or below 2 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 10 or equivalent 3 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 11 or equivalent 4 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 12 or equivalent.
V	Parent 1 Non-school education	Highest qualification level attained by the first parent.

		This field is defined using the Highest Qualification Level drop-down list on the Parent 1 sub-tab of the Demographic tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Demographic tab - Parent 1 sub-tab. This field has a value of: 0 when the qualification is Not stated/unknown. 5 when the qualification is Certificate I to IV (including trades) 6 when the qualification is Diploma/Advanced Diploma 7 when the qualification is Bachelor Degree or higher 8 when the qualification is No non-school education.
W	Parent 1 Occupation	Occupation position of the first parent.

		This field is defined using the Occupation Position drop-down list on the Parent 1 sub-tab of the Demographic tab of Current Student Maintenance. This field has a value of: 1 when the parent has an occupation position of Senior management. 2 when the parent has an occupation position of Other business manager. 3 when the parent has an occupation position of Tradesperson, clerk, sales and service staff. 4 when the parent has an occupation position of Machine operator. 8 when the parent has an occupation position of Not in paid work. 9 when the parent has an occupation position of Not stated/unknown.
X	Parent 1 Main language spoken by Parent 1 at home, other than English	Main language spoken by the parent at home, other than English.

AD	Class Group	Form of the student.
