Description
The Subject configuration setting determines the subject line of the change request email sent when staff want to update their details on the Staff Kiosk.

Default Value

The default value is User {StaffName} submitted application for Detail Changes. When the email is sent, {StaffName} is automatically replaced with the staff member who made the change request. For example, if Tim Dawson requested to change his home address, the subject line would read User Tim Dawson submitted application for Detail Changes.

Setting a different value

Type the new subject line in the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Configuration File Maintenance window in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
