Scheduling co-curricular events

To schedule co-curricular events:

Select Curriculum > Co-Curricular Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.

Note: Your organisation may have several Co-Curricular Maintenance modules. Select the module that relates to the co-curricular program you want to maintain.

The Set Co-Curricular Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the co-curricular program. See Searching for co-curricular programs.
Click the Schedule bar.

Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

The Schedule bar of the Co-Curricular Maintenance window is displayed.
Select the program relating to the scheduled event in the co-curricular selector.

The Schedule tab is redisplayed.
Click

The Add Schedule for Co-Curricular program window is displayed.
Select a Start Time.
Select an End Time.
Select Recurring, if you need the event to recur weekly until the end of the season.
Select a Type. See the luScheduleTypes lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
Select a Location for the event. See the luLocation lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
Type any relevant notes including:
• general comments
• opposition details
• results information
• match notes.

Note: The number of students in the scheduled event depends on the number of students in the linked program. See the Co-Curricular Maintenance - Students bar.
