The luTax lookup table is used to maintain the categories of taxation.

Code	Code used to represent the taxation category.
Description	Description of the taxation type.
Percentage	Percentage of tax.
InclusiveMultiplier	Multiply the tax included amount by this value to obtain the tax free amount.
ExclusiveMultiplier	Multiply the tax free amount by this value to obtain the tax included amount.
SynergyMeaning	How Synergetic treats this tax category.
DefaultType	Default tax value for this category.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
