Address	Address of the bank branch.
Suburb	Suburb where the bank branch is located.
State	State where the bank branch is located.
PostCode	Postcode of the suburb where the bank branch is located.
ActiveFlag	Whether the selected bank branch lookup record is active at your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
