Improvement

CreatedBy or ModifiedBy by text fields in certain tables increased to be VARCHAR(50)

SynDB

Certain Synergetic tables could only hold 30 characters for user names that either created or modified the record. Therefore if somebody with a long user name (more likely to happen with AD authentication as the domain forms part of the user name) then a "String or binary data would be truncated" error would occur. These fields have now been increased to 50 characters.

When feature is enabled, the "Notifications" option becomes available in the "Add More Details" drop-down menu within the Incident tab. This section allows users to record details of up to two contacts, the contact methods used (phone, email, SMS, other), and comments for each contact.

The "Available Contacts" drop-down lists eligible contacts for the student. This list is dynamically populated based on the student's current status and contact information stored in Synergetic.

A "Court Order" icon is displayed at the top of the "Parent/Guardian Notifications" section if a court order is in place for the student. This serves as a reminder for staff to review and adhere to any court-mandated restrictions regarding parent/guardian contact.

The Student Medical Incident Crystal Report (STUMEDINC) has been updated to include the newly recorded contact details.
