Defining teacher limits of part-time teachers for yard duty

To define teacher limits of part-time teachers for yard duty:

  1. Select Yard Duty > Teacher Limits from the main menu.


    The Yard Duty Teacher Limits window is displayed.

  2. Select the Teacher Code for the part-time teacher the Teachers pane.


    The Available Times pane is displayed.



    Note: The availability of part-time teachers is defined in the Teachers window. See Defining part-time specialist teachers using teacher availability.
     

  3. Select the fields you wish to change.

  4. Click 

    .
    All selected Y fields have been changed to N and all selected N fields have been changed to Y.
