Defining timetable structures
Timetable structures are used throughout Primary Time:
• Days, periods and breaks define the time periods in the scheduling cycle. See Maintaining days, periods and breaks.
• Specialist rooms are added, so that year groups can be scheduled in them; taking into their availability. See Maintaining specialist rooms.
• Specialist teachers are added, so that year groups can be scheduled with them; taking into account their availability. See Maintaining specialist teachers.
• Year groups are added, so that they can be scheduled with specialist teachers, rooms and subjects. See Maintaining year groups.
• Specialist subjects are added, so that year groups can be scheduled in them. See Maintaining specialist subjects.
