Exporting teacher limits for yard duty

To export teacher limits for yard duty to Excel:

  1. Select Yard Duty > Teacher Limits from the main menu.


    The Yard Duty Teacher Limits window is displayed.

  2. Click 

    .
    The Save As dialog window is displayed.

  3. Either:
    • type a new name into the File name field
    • select an existing file.

  4. Click

    .
    The Confirm dialog window is displayed if you are overwriting an existing file.

  5. Click

    .
    The following dialog window is displayed.

  6. Click

    .
    The Teacher Limits spreadsheet is displayed.
