Description
The Template:PastoralCare configuration setting determines the email template for emailing non-confidential pastoral care items. It uses replaceable fields to incorporate the appropriate information.
Available replaceable fields
Replaceable field | Description |

StudentName | Name of the student the pastoral care item is about. |
StudentCampus | Campus the student belongs to. |
StudentYearLevel | Student's year level. |
StudentHouse | Student's house. |
StudentForm | Student's form. |
StudentTutor | Name of the student's tutor. |
PastoralCareDate | Date the pastoral care item was created. |
PastoralCare-TypeDescription | Description of the pastoral care item type. |
PastoralCare-MethodDescription | Description of the pastoral care method. |
PastoralCare-InitiatorDescription | Description of the pastoral care initiator. |
Involved | List of the parties involved in the pastoral care item. |
PastoralCare-FollowUpFlag | Flag indicating whether the pastoral care item needs to be followed up. |
DistributionBlock | List of email addresses this email has been sent to. |
PastoralCare-CreatedByName | Name of the community member who created the pastoral care item. |
PastoralCareDetails | Public details of the pastoral care item. |
PastoralCare-FollowUpDate | Date the pastoral care item was followed up. |
ActionBlock | The action details of the pastoral care item. The email template can be set using the PastoralCare:ActionBlock configuration setting. See PastoralCare:ActionBlock configuration setting. |
