Fields
Field | Description |

Campus | Student's campus. |
Year Level | Student year level. For NZ MOE roll returns, the Year Level is used for the current year level. |
Schooling Year Offset | Schooling year offset against the year level, if the student has advanced, skipped or repeated a year level. For example, a student that has:

Form | Student's allocated form group. |
Tutor Group | Student's tutor group. |
House | Student's allocated house. |
Learning Pathway | Student's learning pathway. For example, International Baccalaureate. Note: For information about defining learning pathways, see the luLearningPathway lookup table. See luLearningPathway lookup table. Note: This field is used to report student learning pathway selections to the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA). This information is included in the Register New Student File, which can be exported for submission to the QCAA using the QCAA tab of the Import/Export Student Data window. Boarder | Student's residential status. Typical values include:
For NZ MOE roll returns, the boarding status of students is required. That is, whether or not they are a boarder. This also affects the student's zoning status; a student boarding at the school hostel cannot be out-of-zone, so Zone Status is set to Not applicable. See Current Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab, Zone status in the Synergetic Roll returns manual. |
Boarding House | Name of the boarding residence, if applicable. |
FTE | Full-time equivalent, if student is not full-time. For NZ MOE roll returns, the:

Locker Book | Locker area. |
Locker Other | Additional locker area, if required. Sometimes used for keys. |
Calibre Mark | Special result reporting, if applicable. Can be used in some result standardisation calculations. |

School care area fields

Search Filter | The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Student Selector. This field can be used to filter students by any of the information displayed in the Student Selector. For example to filter students by name simply type either the student's:
To filter students by year level simply type the student's year level in the Search Filter field. |
