Importing results from Microsoft Excel into a column
You can import a column of results from Microsoft Excel into the All Students tab.
Note: You can only import one result column at a time.
To import results:
- Create a spreadsheet with the student Synergetic IDs as column A.
- Record the student marks in the spreadsheet.
- Highlight the cells you want to import from Microsoft Excel.
Note: Do not highlight the column with the student numbers.
- Open the All Students tab of Student Results Maintenance for the selected class. See Student Results Maintenance - All Students tab (Standalone).
- Highlight the column of the assessment area you want to import into by clicking on the column heading.
Tip: You can click anywhere in the column heading.
- Right click.
The following menu is displayed. - Select Import Results for Highlighted Column from Excel....
The following window is displayed. - Click .
The results are imported.
