Description

Use the OnlineApplicationsPortal_Email_ResetPassword_Body configuration setting to define the body content of reset password emails sent for the application portal.

Note: You can define the {SenderName} using the OnlineApplicationsPortal_Email_FromName configuration setting. See OnlineApplications_Email_FromName configuration setting.

Setting a different value

Type the body text of the password reset email into the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Configuration File Maintenance window in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

Important: You must include the {ResetUrl} replaceable field in the body text to allow the user to complete the password reset process.

Tip: You can type HTML content into the body of the password reset email.
