Creating a public contact details form

You can create public contact details forms to allow past students and other community members to get back in contact with your organisation. 

This form uses a built in procedure that creates an Action Centre message after submission of the form. The data then needs to be vetted in Action Centre linked to a community member and approved before applying updates to the communuty data.

To create the form from a template, select the Update Your Details as per below:

Also ensure that the Action Centre message type is enabled and has a group or user subscribed to it.
