Maintaining the list of master attributes

The master attributes list contains all the attributes that you can select for any event. You can:

add new attributes, including ticket types, check boxes and free form text fields
delete obsolete attributes, provided you have not used them for an event
change the details of existing attributes.

To open the Add/Edit Master Attributes window to maintain attributes that can be used for any future event:

Open the Attributes tab of the Events Maintenance window. See Events Maintenance - Attributes bar.

Fields

Field	Description

Field	Description
Type	Type of master attribute.
Sub Type	Category name for the ticket type. Only required for tickets.
Description	Description of the attribute.
Default Unit Price	You can define a default price that appears when you select the ticket for an event. You can override this when you create the event. Only for tickets.
Active	Select if you want to make the attribute available for future events.
Seq	Automatic sequence number for the attribute.
