luMedicalConditionVisibility lookup table

Description
The luMedicalConditionVisibility lookup table is used to maintain options for displaying medical conditions at your organisation.
It is used in the Visibility field on the Condition sub-tab on the Medical Condition tab of Medical Maintenance. See:

Description | Description of the medical condition visibility type. |
SynergyMeaning | Code to tell Synergetic how to treat this medical condition visibility type. See SynergyMeanings. You can select either:
Note: When set to display for school staff the medical condition will be displayed in maintenance modules used by staff members such as Student Maintenance and Co-Curricular Maintenance. |
SortOrder | Order that the medical condition visibility type appears in the Visibility drop-down list. |
DefaultFlag | Set as the default medical condition visibility type at your organisation. |
ActiveFlag | Select if the medical condition visibility type is used at your organisation. |
PortalDefaultFlag | Set as the default medical condition visibility type for the Community Portal |
ModifiedDate | Community member that last modified the record. |
ModifiedUser | Date the record was last modified. |
