School Settings Maintenance - School tab

Use the School tab to maintain:

the school system code for your organisation
fee structure information
other basic information about your organisation.

The School tab consists of the following sub-tabs:

Page 2 sub-tab.

Opening the School tab

To open the School tab:

Select Module > System > School Settings Maintenance from the main menu.
The School tab of the School Settings Maintenance window is displayed.

School Settings Maintenance - School tab - Page 1 sub-tab key fields

Field	Description
School System Code	Code for the school system that your organisation is a part of.
School Name	Name of your organisation.
School Type	School type for your organisation. See luSchoolType lookup table.
Enrolment Scheme Start Date	Start date for the enrolment scheme at your organisation.
Class Group Comments	Comments about the class group.
Languages Policy	Description of the languages policy at your organisation.
Fee Structure Options	Select the number of children in a family that your fee structure caters for. Note: You should select all options that your fee structure caters for. For example, if your fee structure caters for up to three children, select the one, two and three children options.

Two-tiered fee structures

Note: Two-tiered fee structure fields are not enabled by default because Victorian CEO schools are not required to use two-tiered structures for 2014 submissions. To reactivate the fields see SchoolSettings:ShowTwoTierSet configuration setting.

Field	Description
Two Tiered Fee Structure Family	Select to offer a two-tier fee structure on a per-family basis.
Two Tiered Fee Structure Student	Select to offer a two-tier fee structure on a per-student basis.
Two Tiered Fee Structure Lowest Amount	The lowest amount of your fee structure, if using a two-tier fee structure.
Two Tiered Fee Structure Lowest Fee Type	The fee type of the lowest amount of your fee structure, if using a two-tier fee structure.
