Online payments Overview

Online payments are displayed on the Community Portal, processed by the NAB Transact online payment merchant, and then receipted in Synergetic.

Configuring online payments

To configure online payments:

  1. Configure the online payment methods available to Community Portal users. See Configuring online payment methods.
  2. Configure the Community Portal to process online payments. See Configuring the Community Portal to process online payments in the Community portal configuration manual.
  3. Configure online payment receipts. See Configuring online payment receipts.

Configuring payment plans

To configure payment plans that allow debtors to pay off annual account fees in instalments, see Configuring and maintaining payment plans.

Maintaining online payment data

Once online payments are configured you can maintain:

  • online payment methods
  • online payment receipts
  • payment plans.
