Producing a Future Student Statistics Report involves:

  • setting up certain fields in the luYearLevel, luFutureStatus and luStudentStatus lookup tables
  • processing current students based on their Current Status and Next Year Status (SynergyMeaning)
  • processing future students if they have been set up to appear on the report.

The Future Student Statistics Report has two user-definable columns, either:

  • E1, E2
  • E1N, E2N.

luFutureStatus

EnrolmentStatusColumn (or EnrolmentStatusColumn2) EnrolmentStatusColumnHeading

Defines whether a particular Future Status is:

  • included in the report
  • rolled up into the next year of the report output.

luStudentStatus

SynergyMeaning. Either:

  • LEAVING
  • LEFT
  • LOA
  • NEW
  • NORMAL
  • REPEATING.
