Handling current students for the Future Student Statistics Report

Students that have a Leaving Date where the year of leaving is before the Target Year are excluded from the report.

Note: The Target Year refers to the prediction years from and to, as entered on the report selection screen.

Otherwise current students are handled as described in the following tables.
