Opening the Set Communications Search Criteria window

To open the Set Communications Search Criteria window:

Select Module > Development > Communications Maintenance.
The Set Communications Search Criteria window is displayed.

Note: If the communication is not found, click to add a new communication from this window. See Creating new communications.

In the Set Communications Search Criteria window, type in the information you know about the communication with the community member.

Set Communications Search Criteria window key fields

Field	Description
Communication Code	Unique code for the communication.
Description	Description of the communication.
Type	Type of communication. See Maintaining communication types.
