Support for configurable genders.

You can define configurable genders using the new luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table.

Once genders have been defined, they can be selected using the following windows and tabs in Community Maintenance:

  • Set Community Search Criteria window
  • Create New Community Member - Name window
  • Create New Community Member - Spouse Name window
  • Community Maintenance - Name tab.

Support for non-binary relationships.

You can define non-binary (non male-female) relationships using the new luRelationship lookup table. See luRelationship lookup table.

This lookup table has been updated to support relationships involving other-gendered community members with the addition of:

  • RevRelationshipOther field to store the code for the other person in a relationship where the person has gender with a SynergyMeaning of Other. 
  • Gender-neutral SynergyMeanings
  • Gender-neutral relationship records.

Once these relationships have been defined, they are used to populate relationship information on the following windows and tabs:

  • Create New Community Member - Select Couple Relationship window
  • Community Maintenance - Relations tab.

Support for high-resolution photos.

You can use the enlarged image area to view high-resolution photos on the Photo tab of Community Maintenance.

New field to indicate that visa documents have been sighted.

You can use the Documents Sighted field on the International tab of Community Maintenance to indicate that visa documents have been sighted for the selected community member.

New field and highlight colour to indicate the status of correspondence.

You can use the Sent? field on the Correspondence tab of Community Maintenance to determine whether correspondence has been sent successfully.

New Confirm Details tab

You can use the Confirm Details tab of Community Maintenance to view and maintain community member details confirmed online using the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
