Import/Export Student Data - WA SCSA tab key fields and buttons

Import Student Numbers | Used to import student numbers for kindergarten students. Before you complete the import you need to contact the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) to acquire a file containing a list of student numbers. Refer to the WA SCSA Student Registration Procedures Manual that is released each year, this can be found on the SCSA website by searching for Student Registration Procedures Manual. The student number for each student is populated into the Studies Code field on the Codes tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Codes tab. Note: You can only use this import for kindergarten students. If you need a student number for a student that is not in kindergarten you should perform a manual search using the Student Information Records System (SIRS). If the number cannot be found this way, you can request a single student number from the SCSA. | ||||||||||||

| Brightpath | Brightpath year levels to be included in the Export WACE Student Registration and Demographic (SRDGD) report. You can populate this field with the comma delimited list of comma YearLevelCodes to be reported as Brightpath.
