Fields
Field | Description |

Group | Result group for the subject assessment area, if applicable. Tip: If you have a lot of subject assessment areas, you can group them together using the Result Group field. See Creating new subject assessment areas. You can select the result group from the group field then select subject assessment areas from within the group, instead of searching the full list. |
Show Left | Select to include students who have left your organisation in the list. |
Show Non Assessable | Select to include non-assessable students in the list. |
Auto Scroll | Select to automatically move the cursor down to the next grid cell when you press Enter. |
Auto Results Calc | Select to enable automatic results calculation upon exiting the class or bulk setting values. |

The student results for the class are displayed in a matrix on the Mark Book tab. You can enter results for all mark book assessment areas for each of the students.

Tip: Hover your mouse over the column headers to view a hint displaying the heading and overview of the assessment area. This feature can be disabled by right-clicking the grid and selecting Show Full Assessment Description in Hover Hint on Grid Title..gif)
Common toolbar icons
Icon | Description |

| Spell check all the students in the class. |
| Apply default results and classifications to either the selected student or the entire class. |
| Apply default print flags to either the selected student or the entire class. |
| Apply result calculations to student or class. |
| Adjust class statistics. |
| View the student's photo.
