luMedicalRisk lookup table

Description
The luMedicalRisk lookup table is used to maintain templates of risks relating to a medical condition.
This is used when adding new risks from a template in the Risks sub-tab of the Medical condition tab of Medical Maintenance. See Adding risk records from templates in the Medical details manual.

Medical-ConditionCode

Code of the medical condition this risk relates to. See luMedicalConditionType lookup table.

RiskIdentified

Details of the risk identified.

RiskRequired-Action

Action required in the event of the risk occurring.

RiskResponsible-Staff

Staff responsible for managing the medical risk.

SortOrder

Order the risk is displayed in the Default Medical Risks window.

DefaultFlag

Whether this risk is a default risk for the medical condition.

ActiveFlag

Whether this medical risk is active at your organisation.

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
