Description
The luMedicalRisk lookup table is used to maintain templates of risks relating to a medical condition.
This is used when adding new risks from a template in the Risks sub-tab of the Medical condition tab of Medical Maintenance. See Adding risk records from templates in the Medical details manual.

RiskIdentified | Details of the risk identified. |
RiskRequired-Action | Action required in the event of the risk occurring. |
RiskResponsible-Staff | Staff responsible for managing the medical risk. |
SortOrder | Order the risk is displayed in the Default Medical Risks window. |
DefaultFlag | Whether this risk is a default risk for the medical condition. |
ActiveFlag | Whether this medical risk is active at your organisation. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
ModifiedUser | User that last modified the lookup table entry. |
