You can use the Branding tab to define the branding for the:

Opening the Branding tab

To open the Branding tab:

Click .
The General tab of the Form Settings window is displayed.
Click the Branding tab.
The Branding tab of the Form Settings window is displayed.

Fields

Field	Description
Form	Select an option from the drop-down list to apply the branding to the main form. Note: You can define the branding options in this drop-down list using the luBranding lookup table. See Enabling form branding.
Form (Preview)	Preview the branding applied to the main form.
Payment	Select an option from the drop-down list to apply the branding to the payment page. Note: You can define the branding options in this drop-down list using the luBranding lookup table. See Enabling form branding.
Payment (Preview)	Type into this field to define the body of the email.
