Selection criteria The following selection criteria need to be met for teachers to be included in the Teachers file: Teacher must be teaching the class in the file year selected in the Year field Teacher must be teaching the class in the campus selected in the Campus field, if Year LevelStudents can be added to classes using This report only includes: - Teachers teaching a class with active class enrolment at the Process Date.
- Class enrolment is defined using the Start Date and Stop Date fields on the Classes tab of Current Student Maintenance

Student enrolment - Teachers teaching a class for:
- File year, term and campus combination selected using the Year, Term, and Campus fields.
- Year level within the range selected using the Year Level From and To fields.
