Current School area fields and buttons
Fields
Field | Description |

Campus | Student's campus. |
Year Level | Student year level. |
Schooling Year Offset | Schooling year offset against the year level, if the student has advanced, skipped or repeated a year level.
For NZ MOE roll returns, the Year Level and Schooling Year Offset are used to determine a student's funding year level. See Funding year levels in the Roll returns manual. |
Form | Allocated student form. |
Tutor Group | Allocated student tutor group. |
House | Allocated house group. |
Learning Pathway | Student's learning pathway. For example, International BaccalaureateStudent is undertaking International Baccalaureate subjects and examinations. Note: For information about defining learning pathways, see the luLearningPathway lookup table. See luLearningPathway lookup table. Note: This field is used to report student learning pathway selections to the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA). This information is included in the Register New Student File, which can be exported for submission to the QCAA using the QCAA tab of the Import/Export Student Data window. See Import_Export Student Data - QCAA tab. |
Boarder | Student's residential status. Typical values include:
Note: You can use the luBoarder lookup table to maintain entries. See luBoarder lookup table in the System maintenance manual For NZ MOE roll returns, the boarding status of students is required. That is, whether or not they are a boarder. This also affects the student's zoning status; a student boarding at the school hostel cannot be out-of-zone, so Zone Status is set to Not applicable. See Current Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab (Roll returns), Zone status in the Roll returns manual. |
Boarding House | Boarder's residence, if applicable. |
FTE | Full-time equivalent, if student is not full- time. |
Locker Book | Locker area. |
Locker Other | Additional locker area, if required. |
Calibre Mark | Special result reporting, if applicable. |
