Setting up co-curricular subject class categories
Setting up co-curricular subject class categories
To define the structure of each co-curricular program, you set up subject class categories ('categories') with up to three levels. In the following example, the sports program has three categories:
- Sport
- Squad
- Team.
Note: You need group security permissions to the SPTCOCUR module resources and the co-curricular File Type to view co-curricular programs in SynWeb. See the Group/User Security Maintenance - Groups View in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
Program examples include:
- Sports Maintenance
- Music Maintenance
- Performing Arts Maintenance
- Cadet Maintenance.
How to:
- Set up sports categories. See Setting up sports categories.
- Set up music categories. See Setting up music categories.
- Set up performing arts categories. See Setting up performing arts categories.
