Use the Web tab to maintain how academic and co-curricular elective groups are displayed on the Community Portal.

 Opening the Web tab

To open the Web tab:

  1. Select Module > Students > File/Semester Maintenance.
    Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking .

    The Student File/Semester Term Maintenance window is displayed.

  2. Click .
    The Cycle Maintenance - General tab window is displayed.
  3. Click the Web tab.
    The Web tab is displayed.

Description of the elective group.

Publish Text

Description displayed on the Community Portal.

Publish Date

From

Date the elective group is published on the Community Portal.
ToDate the elective group is removed from the Community Portal.
