Processing Update community details task received messages

You can process Update community details task received Action Centre messages to manually update community member details to match details received from a web service.

To process an Update community details task received message:

  1. Click .
    The Action Centre Summary window is displayed.


    Tip:
    You can also click a link in the Action Centre Summary window to launch a specific message, task or alert in the Action Centre.

  2. Click .
    The Description tab of the Action Centre window is displayed.
  3. Select the Update community details task received Action Centre message.
  4. Accept or reject the details supplied from the web service. You can:

    • Select the Accept and Reject fields in the grid are to accept or reject individual changes
    • Click  or  to accept or reject all changes.

  5. Click .
    The received information is processed and the relevant record is updated in Community Maintenance.
