Importing portal configuration keys

To convert Portal 6 method configuration keys into Portal 7 method attributes:

1. Log in as a portal administrator. That is, listed as an Admin user in the Community Portal XML file.
   Tip: Admin user logins are separated by commas between the <AdminUserNames></AdminUserNames> tags in the XML configuration file. See Editing the SynCommPortal.xml configuration file (on page ).
2. Click Configuration in the Admin Panel.
   
   The Main Menu Configuration Tool window is displayed.
   
3. Click .
   The following dialog window is displayed.
   
4. You can click either:

• to import missing menu items
• to import and override existing menu items with previous values.
  The Import complete message is displayed.
