To open the Medical tab:

Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking Image Removed Image Added.
Select the past student. See Searching for past students (on page ).
The Personal tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Medical tab.
The Medical tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.

Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Public Medical Alert	Enter a summary of any medical information that needs to be known throughout your organisation, such as potentially life-threatening conditions including anaphylaxis, asthma and epilepsy. Image Removed Image Added Tip: When you are positioned in the field, you can click Image Removed Image Added on the Synergetic toolbar to check the spelling of the text.
