  1. Select check-in times and room types to create a booking for. See Creating new bookings.
  2. Click .
    The Booking tab of the Accommodation Booking Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the .
    The Search Community Member window is displayed.
  4. Click .
    The Create Community window is displayed.
  5. Select whether the new community member is Personal or Company.

    Note:
    The community member creation fields are spread across several fields. The fields change depending on your selection.
     
  6. Type in the new community member's details. See Community creation windows in the Community manual.

    Note:
    The new community member is automatically placed in the Conference (CONF) constituency.
     
  7. Click .
    The community member is created.
