Use the Sessions tab to maintain parent teacher interview sessions for a given cycle. For example, two sessions of year 11 and 12 parent teacher interviews are held in term 1, one in the afternoon and the other in the evening.

Sessions grid area fields and buttons
Fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Date | Date the session is scheduled. |
Description | Short description to distinguish each session within the cycle. For example, an afternoon session. |
Time From | Starting time for the interviews. |
Time To | Projected finishing time for the interviews. |
Slot Mins | Standard number of minutes for each time slot in the session. |
Portal Booking Open Date | First date parents can book interviews through the Community Portal web application, if applicable. |
Portal Booking Close Date | Last date parents can book interviews through the Community Portal web application, if applicable. |
Real | If selected, a real session is hosted. If not selected, then a session is not an actual session. For example, this might be used to record details of parents who exceeded the demand for the supplied interview slots in a real session. |
