Bulk Add of Students to Classes window key fields and buttons
Year/Term Area fields

Year/Term | Year and term in which the students are added to the class. |
Class to Add area fields
Field | Description |

Build from Class Components | Select to build the class code from the set criteria.

Class Component | Select a component to build the class code from. Components include:

Start | First character of code. |
Length | Length of code. |
Campus | Campus of the class you are adding students to. |
Code | Code of the class you are adding students to. |
Create New Classes if Code does not Exist | Select to create a new class if no class code exists with these criteria. |
Add to Student(s) area fields
Field | Description |

Campus | Select students by the campus they are enrolled at, if applicable. |
Year Level | Select students by year level. |
Form | Select students by form. |
Boarder | Student's residential status. Typical values include:

Tutor Group | Select students by tutor group. |
House | Select students by house. |
ID | Select an individual student by entering their Synergetic ID. |
Tagged IDs | Select Tagged ID to restrict the search to students in your tag list. See Tagging community records for later use in the Introduction manual. |
Gender | Select students by gender. Note: You can define the list of genders used at your organisation using the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table. |
INCLUDE Students doing the Following Class | Select the students who are active in classes defined by the following fields. |
EXCLUDE Students doing the Following Class | Select to exclude students who are active in classes defined by the following fields. |
File Type/Campus/Code | Use the type of class, campus and unique class code to define a group of students. These can be included in or excluded from the bulk add. |
Buttons
