To open the Medications sub-tab:

  1. Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
     Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
    • Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
    • Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
    • Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual.
  2. Click .
    The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Medical Condition tab.
    The Condition sub-tab of the Medical Condition tab is displayed.
  4. Click the Medications sub-tab.
    The Medications sub-tab of the Medical Conditions tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.

Active

Whether the medication record is currently active.

 

Medication

Name of the medication. See the luMedication lookup table in the System maintenance manual. 

Medication Type/Medication When

Type of medication. See the luMedicationType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

 

Medication Details

Details of the medication. 

Dosage Details

Dosage details of the medication. 

Administration Type

Type of administration method for the medication. For example, injection. See the luMedicationAdministration lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

 

Expiry Date

Expiry date of the medication. 

Batch Number

Batch number of the medication.

 

Frequency

Administration frequency of the medication. See luMedicationFrequency lookup table in the System maintenance manual. 

Status

Status of the medication. For example, Taken Home. See luMedicationStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual. 

StoredIn/Location

Storage location of the medication. For example, Carries on person. See luMedicalLocation lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

 

Permission to dispense received



Whether permission to dispense the medication has been received from the student's parents or guardians.

 

 

From

Date the record was last modified. 

To

End date of the permission to dispense the medication.

Modified By

Community member that last modified the record.

 

Modified Date

Date the record was last modified. 

Med. Seq

Unique identifying number for the medication.

Select to only display active medication records.
