Use the Emergency tab to maintain details of up to three people who can be contacted in the event of an emergency. These emergency contacts can be recorded by entering details into either:
- Emergency tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Below.
- Emergency bar of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Emergency bar.
- Contacts tab of Current Student Maintenance using codes SE1-SE3. See Current Student Maintenance - Contacts tab.
- Contacts bar of Current Student Maintenance using codes SE1-SE3. See Current Student Maintenance - Contacts bar.
Tip: Use the Contacts tab if the emergency contact person is already in your organisation's database. For example, the parent of another student. - Community approvers entering details using the My Details tab on the Community portal.
Tip: You will receive the Portal details updated Action Centre message when details are submitted using the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
