You can manually place the Community Portal into maintenance mode and customise the messages that it generates when the system is in shutdown or maintenance mode.

You can enable maintenance mode by either:

  • Setting the MaintenanceModeOverride configuration setting to True (see below).
  • Selecting the Enable Maintenance Mode field. See Configuring general settings (on page ).
  • Scheduling a shutdown period. See Maintaining system messages in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
