You can use the Email / SMS Configuration window to update the:
- email configuration settings
- SMS (Short Message Service) configuration settings
- fax (facsimile) configuration settings.
Note: You can also configure SMS settings using Configuration File Maintenance. See Setting up SMS (on page ).
Opening the Email / SMS Configuration window
To open the Email / SMS Configuration window:
- Select Module > System > Email / SMS / Fax Configuration Maintenance from the Synergetic main menu.
The Email / SMS Configuration window is displayed.

Number of Emails before Pause |
Number of emails sent before pausing the service. |

Duration of the pause after a certain number of emails are sent, expressed in milliseconds. |
TLS/SSL Support |
The level of TLS/SSL support to be applied to this communication method. Select:
