Use the Community Maintenance window to create a new work experience employer. See Creating new community records in the Community manual.
The Create New Employer - Name window is displayed first.

Enter key fields to find the company using the name or to create a new employer:

Field

Record Type

Select Company.

Use existing ID

Select this flag to type in the ID using the Synergetic identifier for an existing employer.

If the information you enter matches one or more members of the community database, Synergetic displays a window showing possible matches. You can either:

  • Select a record from the grid to use as the employer.
  • Create a new employer record. This creates a completely new member in the community database and puts them in the employer constituency.

The following windows are displayed after the Create New Employer - Name window:

  • Home address details. See Address window in the Community manual.
  • Phone and occupation details. See Phone/Occupation window in the Community manual.
